A week or so away from the darkroom so I’ve been out and about with the digital camera and the dog. A continuing theme/idea is to create more abstracted images from some of the digital work. It’s good to explore some of Photoshop’s possibilities and to be able to jump between the more formal aspects of darkroom prints and digital media. The ground was a blanket of leaves, all different shades. The proper image looked OK and I liked the lighter green leaves that looked like a pool of light, but under close examination the picture was lacking in sharpness…
