This was taken on Saturday morning as I took the dog on his usual route through the harbour and into the park. The high tide had brought out a few early morning anglers and there was a nice soft light coming through the remains of the morning mist.

How thoughtful of the anglers to space themselves so conveniently – they make a beautifully balanced composition!
It’s a great image, so simple and yet so full of depth. I love how those people look like parts of the pier (or whatever is) – and how they all have the same shaped silhouette. Made me smile!
